Use general/tech/GL.iNET GL-MT300N-V2 (Mango) travel router to tunnel traffic through a VPN to home.
Potentially could add a Pi4 with an external hard drive running Jellyfin for easy movie streaming, then 3D print a case to hold a Pi, the router and hard drive and include a powered USB hub in order to power the whole thing with one plug.
